📋 Description

• Lead IT operations strategy design, implementation, and improvement for reliability and security.
• Manage and optimize enterprise SaaS platforms, including identity, collaboration, and endpoints.
• Drive improvements in IT infrastructure, security standards, and system performance.
• Own macOS fleet management, device administration, and endpoint security.
• Mentor junior IT engineers and promote operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in senior IT operations, systems engineering, or workplace tech with a strong track record.
• Advanced knowledge of SaaS administration, IAM, endpoint management, and security best practices.
• Hands-on experience managing macOS environments and enterprise device management.
• Experience administering enterprise AI tools, including access management, provisioning, governance, and monitoring.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, automation, compliance, and operational processes.
• Fluency in English is required.
