Senior IT Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own Brigit's day-to-day IT Operations strategy with the IT Support Specialist
• Coordinate with MSP to provision hardware and onboarding/offboarding
• Own VPN infrastructure, troubleshoot connectivity, and certificate-based access
• IAM and SSO management across Brigit (Okta, SAML, SCIM)
• Review IT risk assessments quarterly and ensure policy adherence
• Implement security configurations and manage security tooling

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in IT, including 2+ years at a fast-growing tech company
• Hands-on cloud infra experience (ideally GCP)
• Experience with IDP platforms such as Okta
• Experience with MSPs such as Rippling
• Jira for help desk or project management experience
• Experience leading or liaising during audits (SOC I/II, PCI, SOX)
