Senior IT Project Manager

📋 Description

• Act as internal Project Owner and proxy between clients and development teams.
• Support sales by collecting requirements and mapping journeys.
• Prepare agile timetables, high-level user stories, and SOW docs.
• Manage backlog: brief the development team, prioritize stories.
• Coordinate sprint planning, DoD/DoR, and release activities.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies and facilitate cross-team collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Scrum and project management.
• Strong understanding of software development cycles.
• Several years in a similar role.
• Experience with customers and programmers.
• Experience with Atlassian products (e.g., Jira).
• Fluent English (C1/C2) and strong soft skills.
