(Senior) IT Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead strategic technology transformation projects for a Swiss retail bank.
• Deliver programmes across data, CRM, master data and regulatory change.
• You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, architects, engineering teams and delivery partners to execute large-scale initiatives that improve operational efficiency, strengthen data capabilities and support the bank's digital strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years’ experience as Senior IT Project Manager or similar in financial services.
• Proven track record delivering complex transformation and enterprise technology programmes.
• Strong understanding of data governance, master data, analytics and architecture.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication; comfortable with AI tools and governance.
• Fluent German (C2) and English (B2+).
