Senior IT Project Manager - Salesforce Transformation

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce transformation projects including org simplification and system
• Manage initiatives to simplify Salesforce integrations and reduce application landscape complexity.
• Drive enhancements to digital communication platforms and related business capabilities.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, IT, Salesforce, Architecture, and vendors.
• Monitor delivery progress, report status, and ensure quality standards and objectives are met.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Admin, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of enterprise IT project management experience.
• Proven experience delivering Salesforce projects (CRM implementations, enhancements
• Strong understanding of Salesforce multi-org architectures, integration patterns, and
• Experience managing third-party integrations and application rationalization.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies with strong governance and stakeholder skills.
