• Design, test, and maintain deployment packages for software, drivers, and configurations across our
• Own our Microsoft Intune environment, covering device provisioning, compliance policies
• Build scripts and lightweight tools that take the repetition out of desktop support (onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in desktop support, endpoint management, or IT operations.
• Strong hands-on Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager administration including, compliance policies
• Real scripting ability in PowerShell to automate a workflow end to end.
• Application packaging and deployment experience with tools such as PDQ Deploy, Ivanti, or SCCM
• Working knowledge of Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
• Experience in operating inside an ITSM platform like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
