📋 Description

• Closely interact with hiring managers to gain full understanding of the position, team needs
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top IT
• Write job descriptions and post to relevant platforms;
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using a variety of channels (LinkedIn, job boards, talent
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on skills, experience, and
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from first contact through onboarding;

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of background in IT recruitment;
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle;
• Previous work exposure to IT and good understanding of technical roles and terminology (e.g., Java
• Competency in working with international or multicultural teams;
• Ability to carry out full-cycle recruiting processes;
• Practice conducting different interview types (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.) ;
