Senior IT Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Serve as primary technical SME for workforce identity and access management using Okta
• Manage SaaS access, SSO integrations (SAML/OIDC), SCIM provisioning, and Google Workspace access
• Maintain employee and contractor joiner/mover/leaver workflows using Okta Workflows and automation
• Troubleshoot authentication and provisioning issues, administer temporary access and exceptions
• Mature PAM/TPAM, RBAC/ABAC, and manage non-human identities and access governance for ISO 27001/SOC
• Join on-call rotation and support incident response, endpoint security, EDR, DLP, and email security

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in IT or security engineering with significant Okta responsibility
• Experience administering IdP groups, access policies, MFA, and admin roles
• Experience implementing and troubleshooting SAML/OIDC SSO, SCIM, and OAuth integrations
• Experience running identity lifecycles across HRIS, IdP, Google Workspace, and SaaS
• Ability to automate access workflows using Okta Workflows, APIs, or scripts
• Understanding of least privilege, RBAC/ABAC, access reviews, and account lifecycle controls
