• Fluent in German and English; customer-facing security work.
• Deep ISO 27001 experience; lead ISMS initiatives.
• Operational GDPR expertise; DPAs and subprocessor management.
• Technical literacy; cloud, CI/CD, SaaS tooling.
• Fluency with AI tools for policy drafting and automation.
• Independent in front of customers; multi-threaded delivery.
