Senior IT Service Engineer

📋 Description

• Act as the first point of contact for onsite IT requests at the Munich office, resolving issues
• Provide hands-on support across macOS and Windows, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network
• Deliver onsite IT support to Celonis employees in Munich and collaborate with global IT Service
• Install, configure, and maintain computing equipment, peripherals, printers, and mobile devices.
• Manage mobile devices through MDM platforms such as Intune and Kandji.
• Own onboarding for new employees in Munich and handle basic repairs and replacements of equipment.

• Able to manage multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player focused on customer service and IT process improvement.
• ITIL V4 Foundation certification.
