Senior IT SOX Audit Manager

📋 Description

• Build and operate Grafana's IT SOX program from the ground up.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Engineering, Security, and leadership.
• Architect and execute IT SOX activities end-to-end with external support.
• Scale the function and evolve it toward broader IT audit domains.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve scoping, testing, and monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in IT SOX compliance, IT audit, or IT risk in Big 4 or in-house.
• Hands-on COSO, SOX 404, ITGCs, ITACs, and PCAOB standards experience.
• Experience standing up or transforming IT SOX in high-growth SaaS (pre-IPO preferred).
• Auditing cloud-native SaaS and modern ERPs (NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday).
• AI and automated compliance capabilities experience.
• Fluency in COSO, COBIT, NIST CSF, ISO 27001; experience with GRC/tools or custom solutions.
