📋 Description

• Ensure EUC apps, cloud services, and endpoints are securely managed
• Deliver reliable IT support with device-management standards
• Standardize and document end-user computing processes across regions
• Act as regional EUC contact, translating tech into guidance
• Support cross-functional efforts to improve tooling and maturity

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years 1st/2nd line IT support
• Degree in Computer Science or Info Systems, or 2+ years IT exp
• MacOS UI and device config expertise
• Windows 10/11 Enterprise, Azure AD, and Intune
• Jamf, Apple Business Manager, DEP, and Autopilot
• Active Directory and Google Workspace admin
• IT asset management and on-call support
