Senior IT Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the IT Tooling automation architecture across n8n, Airflow, Temporal, and Jira.
• Establish architecture standards and code review practices to raise engineering bar.
• Lead as technical DRI on the most complex automation projects from discovery to production.
• Partner with Security, Corporate Engineering, and IAM to unblock architecture work.
• Build shared frameworks and reusable components to reduce single points of failure.
• Produce architecture documentation and decision records to scale with minimal dependency.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in IT engineering/automation with architecture ownership.
• Deep automation experience: n8n, Airflow, Temporal, Jira Automation, Workato; Git/CI/CD.
• Okta, Slack API, and Google Workspace knowledge to design secure automation.
• Able to translate loosely scoped problems to production-ready specs.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflows.
