Senior IT Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, automate, and operate systems that support a distributed workforce and enable teams to work
• Administer, integrate, and optimize business-critical SaaS platforms (CRM, support, finance, HR
• Design reliable workflows and data synchronization across internal systems.
• Build automation using Python, Go, Bash, or Node.js to streamline internal ops.
• Develop scripts, CLI tools, internal services, bots, and API-driven integrations.
• Automate onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning, and employee self-service workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in IT Engineering, Systems/Business/Platform Engineering; 3+ years owning internal systems
• Strong programming/scripting: Python, Go, Bash, Node.js or similar.
• Experience with AWS and GCP, including networking, IAM, EC2, S3.
• API integration: REST, GraphQL, OAuth, webhooks, SaaS frameworks.
• MacOS/Linux expertise; identity/security solutions (SSO, SAML, SCIM) and Zero Trust.
• Experience with ISO27001, SOC 2, GDPR; automation tooling and internal services development.
