Provide advanced technical support for end users.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and cloud issues under SLA.
Provide remote IT support and resolve incidents per SLA and RCA.
Manage Microsoft 365 environments: Office 365, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online.
Assist with Azure Portal administration and troubleshooting.
Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 5 years IT Support experience remotely following an SLA.
Practical experience supporting Microsoft environments.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong communication with technical and non-technical users.
Must have a minimum B2 English level.
