Senior IT Support Engineer, Site Lead

📋 Description

• Primary onsite IT support in Phoenix; hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 remote).
• Executive support: white-glove service to leadership during high-visibility moments.
• Own Phoenix onboarding end-to-end; assist with onboarding at other sites as needed.
• Asset lifecycle management: procurement, deployments, decommissioning, audits.
• Network and AV support: monitor local network; manage Zoom Rooms/AV for events.
• Cross-functional collaboration; mentor IT staff; maintain docs and runbooks.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years IT Support; 2+ years supporting multiple offices.
• White-glove executive support in high-visibility environment.
• Independent senior IC; owns outcomes with minimal oversight.
• Advanced troubleshooting across macOS, Windows, mobile, and peripherals.
• MDM experience: Jamf, Kandji, Intune, Airwatch.
• Hands-on Zoom Rooms or Teams Rooms endpoints and live events.
