Senior IT Support Technician

📋 Description

• Provide tier 1-3 and some tier 4 IT support to Form Energy employees.
• Configure, maintain, and support IT hardware including laptops, desktops, and lab PCs.
• Install and configure software per specs; set configurations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot local networks.
• Set up printers for office and lab.
• Plan and work on special IT projects.

🎯 Requirements

• College degree or equivalent; 4+ years IT experience.
• IT support with Windows and Mac in an AD environment; extensive Mac experience.
• Device management including computer and MDM management.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Jira, and VPN.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills; multitask.
• Troubleshooting network connectivity; onsite and remote user support; printers.
