Senior IT Systems Administration

📋 Description

• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and other apps.
• Manage user access, SSO, MFA, devices, apps, and updates.
• Onboard/offboard employees; provisioning, hardware, licenses, assets.
• Provide high-touch support; resolve complex hardware/software issues.
• Oversee help desk operations, tickets, SLAs, escalations, improvements.
• Lead infrastructure and security projects; evaluate new technology.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent.
• 5+ years administering corporate IT: IAM, endpoints, networking, collaboration.
• MS 365 and Entra ID: Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams.
• Intune hands-on: enrollment, config, compliance, app deployment, endpoint security.
• Windows/macOS admin; network basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• SOC 2 and ISO 27001 readiness; audits, evidence, access reviews.
