Senior IT Systems Administrator

📋 Description

• Own and maintain IT infrastructure: endpoints, networks, identity, SaaS, cloud.
• Manage user lifecycles: onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, access.
• Administer Microsoft 365, device management, collaboration tools, and critical systems.
• Partner with engineering, security, and operations to implement secure, scalable IT solutions.
• Provide responsive support; troubleshoot hardware/software; document processes; automate IT.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years administering corporate IT systems in aerospace/defense/tech.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, IAM, and SaaS administration.
• MDM tools: Intune, Jamf, Kandji.
• Manage Windows and Linux endpoints: deployment, patching, security.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, wireless, firewalls.
• Scripting/automation: PowerShell, Python, Bash, or IaC.
• Hands-on with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience supporting CAD, simulation, embedded systems environments.
