Senior IT Systems Administrator

📋 Description

• Support and administer a large-scale, multi-platform estate: Google Workspace, Azure, Jamf Pro.
• Primary contact for network issues; coordinate maintenance with senior team.
• Lead large event setups and AV support for meetings (20 Google Meeting rooms).
• Manage ticket queues in Freshservice within SLA.
• Onboard/offboard users and maintain accounts.
• Support UK/Ireland/Dusseldorf offices onsite and remotely; run tech projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years IT Support Engineer/Administrator experience.
• Degree in technical subject or industry standard certificates.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Azure and JAMF.
• Strong networking knowledge.
• Experience managing Mac/Windows devices; iOS/Android management.
• Desirable: Palo Alto/Aruba/Cisco; Gemini/ChatGPT/Claude; n8n.
