• Act as the final technical authority and escalation point for complex issues related to core

• Deep technical expertise in engineering, administering, and automating cloud-based and physical IT
• A proven track record of proactively identifying and eliminating technical friction by engineering
• Strong experience with no-code automation tools (e.g., N8n, Zapier, Workato) or scripting (e.g.
