Senior IT Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the administration and improvement of enterprise platforms, including Google Workspace, Slack
• Design, build, test, document, and maintain automated workflows and integrations that reduce manual
• Partner with IT Operations to investigate complex escalations, identify root causes, and replace
• Lead systems engineering projects from requirements gathering through rollout, monitoring, and
• Work with Security, Internal Automation, business stakeholders, and vendors to support secure use
• Contribute to systems, processes, and documentation that support future Federal environment

🎯 Requirements

• Eight or more years of relevant IT systems engineering experience, or equivalent experience
• Strong hands-on administration and engineering experience across multiple enterprise platforms
• Experience personally building and maintaining automated workflows, integrations, or self-service
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including using logs and command-line tools to investigate complex
• Sound judgment around access controls, data security, testing, change management, and rollback
• Experience independently delivering technical projects, managing competing priorities, and
