Automate IT processes and workflows across Midnite; support AI adoption.
Remotely manage network infrastructure in our offices.
Improve security posture; respond to EDR system notifications.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years supporting end users on macOS and Windows.
Experience supporting remote teammates and remote offices.
Expert in MDM/UEM platforms and zero-touch deployments.
Package and deliver custom software and scripts via MDM.
Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools.
Experience managing hybrid Google Workspace and M365.
