📋 Description

• Identity & Access Management: Okta, device trust, lifecycle automation.
• Onboarding/offboarding automation for access provisioning.
• Network engineering and security: Meraki, VPN, Palo Alto.
• Monitoring, alerts, and reliability for core IT systems.
• Lead IT projects end-to-end and build IT roadmap.
• IT support; triage tickets and drive systemic fixes.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6+ years in IT engineering, system administration, and network management.
• Proficiency in macOS, Windows, and Linux.
• IAM: SSO, SCIM, MFA, directory services, and device trust.
• Enterprise device management and endpoint security.
• Networking: Wi-Fi, VPN, hardware, security protocols.
• Scripting, automation, and AI tools.
