Senior IT Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and support scalable IT solutions (SSO expansion, onboarding/offboarding).
• Maintain core IT infrastructure and strengthen security posture.
• Handle Level 1–2 IT tickets for US, EMEA, and PH.
• Provide onsite IT support at India HQ during afternoons.
• Use integrator.io to automate internal IT workflows.
• Build self-service tools to reduce ticket volume.

🎯 Requirements

• B.E/B.Tech in CS with 3–5 years IT experience.
• Willing to work late shift: 1:30 PM–10:30 PM IST.
• Experience administering Google Workspace and tools.
• Familiar with JAMF, Intune, MS Office, Zoom, Slack, LastPass, Jira/JSM.
• Automation scripting and API-based workflows.
• Troubleshooting across macOS and Windows.
