📋 Description

• Assess unfamiliar customer IT environments and develop technical implementation plans in
• Configure, secure, and support Microsoft 365, GCC High, Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory, Google
• Design, migrate, and operate endpoint-management programs across MDM and UEM platforms, including
• Implement identity and multifactor authentication controls, least-privilege access, endpoint
• Configure and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices, as well as networks
• Work directly with customer IT teams, service providers, and vendors to diagnose and resolve

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level experience designing, administering, securing, and troubleshooting diverse business IT
• Strong practical experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Google Workspace.
• Broad experience with mobile device management and unified endpoint management across multiple
• Hands-on experience managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.
• Solid knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPNs, identity and access management, logging, endpoint
• Demonstrated ability to lead customer implementations and make sound technical decisions

🎁 Benefits

• Salary range of $148,750–$201,250 USD, depending on experience.
