Own full-cycle recruiting for technical requisitions, including direct sourcing
Proactively source and qualify candidates for cleared and clearable IT roles (e.g., systems
Screen candidates for technical fit, clearance status, and labor-category compliance
Manage full candidate experience: screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing
Maintain and grow pipeline of cleared and clearance-eligible talent
Produce weekly recruiting reports for leadership

🎯 Requirements

5+ years full-cycle technical recruiting experience, significant portion in GovCon cleared IT
Experience recruiting against Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI clearances
Experience supporting proposal/capture efforts
Strong direct-sourcing skills
Working knowledge of federal labor category requirements
Experience managing full requisition load independently
