Provide hands-on support for Copilot, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange Online.
Monitor M365 services, OneDrive, Dataverse, data retention requirements, resource utilization, and performance.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to support OneDrive, SharePoint, M365 administration.
Assist with SharePoint Online administration and support.
Create and maintain knowledge articles, FAQs, and user support documentation.
