📋 Description

• West Coast anchor for MongoDB VIP support for M3 executives
• Own end-to-end digital experience from pre-onboarding to offboarding
• Proactively monitor health and resolve issues before impact
• Lead high-stakes events and executive AV support
• Build playbooks and runbooks; apply AI-driven improvements
• Maintain confidentiality and executive trust in all work

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in IT end-user support; 2+ years supporting senior leaders or VIPs
• Fluent in macOS, Windows, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365
• Experience with Zoom Rooms and conference-room AV for live events
• Strong Jira or similar ticket systems; documentation discipline
• AI/automation experience; scripting with Python or PowerShell
• Exceptional communication, discretion, and executive stakeholder skills
