Senior ITCR / Requirements Analyst

• Lead requirements elicitation and analysis
• Conduct business and solution analysis
• Research technologies and assess investments
• Prepare executive-level deliverables
• Translate requirements into delivery plans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years related experience (Master's with 8+ years or additional 4 years in
• U.S. citizen with active Secret security clearance adjudicated at T3/T3R level
• 10+ years experience as business/systems/requirements analyst on IT programs, including lead
• Experience in requirements elicitation, business process re-engineering, gap/alternatives analysis
• Experience researching technology options, preparing ROM estimates, developing executive-level
• Experience writing epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and leading UAT in Agile environment
