Senior Java Developer (m/w/d)

📋 Description

• Develop Java and Spring Boot components and integrations to support further platform development
• Support consuming systems in connecting to a new message format
• Deliver the migration to Azure and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Deliver new functionality for critical operational processes, including ERTMS and integrated
• Critically assess technical choices for simplicity, quality, and feasibility
• Apply and promote modern engineering, testing, and DevOps practices within the team

🎯 Requirements

• HBO or WO level of thinking and working (Bachelor's or Master's degree level)
• Minimum 5 years of recent experience as a Senior Java Developer in a complex IT environment
• Deep, demonstrable hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Extensive, demonstrable experience with Microsoft Azure and container platforms, preferably Azure
• Extensive, demonstrable experience with asynchronous messaging, REST services, and integrations
• Extensive, demonstrable experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL
