🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Java software development experience

• Own complex initiatives from architecture decisions to post-incident reviews
• Mentor others through technical reviews that are direct and constructive
• Deep understanding of testing strategy and CI/CD in practice
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
