📋 Description

• Design, configure, and implement complex, multistep, multichannel customer journeys using Adobe
• Define journey entry conditions, event-driven triggers, decision logic, branching, timing, and exit
• Translate business requirements into scalable journey designs and actionable implementation plans.
• Collaborate with solution architects to ensure technical alignment and adherence to best practices.
• Configure event-driven journeys and integrate relevant customer data sources.
• Use Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP to leverage customer profiles, audience

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on, production-level experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), including
• Solid understanding of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP, including customer
• Proven experience designing and implementing customer journeys based on business requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot integrations, event processing, and data flows within customer engagement
• Experience managing, monitoring, and optimizing live production customer journeys.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement
