Senior Laboratory Manager, Translational Oncology

📋 Description

• Lead lab buildout including instrument procurement, installation, and validation.
• Own end-to-end lab operations across multiple oncology research groups.
• Lead space planning, equipment lifecycle, cold-storage, and shared resources.
• Lead lab consolidation, cleanout, decommissioning, and relocation.
• Drive sustainability initiatives and Green Lab programs.
• Oversee EH&S compliance and equipment qualification.

🎯 Requirements

• BS or higher in life sciences; advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years in research labs; 3–5 years in lab management/operations.
• Experience supporting translational or oncology research programs.
• Experience managing large-scale lab infrastructure projects (relocations, fleet, cold storage).
• Familiarity with flow cytometry, cell-based assays, tissue culture, and preclinical workflows.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management.
