Senior Lead, Advanced Design (Accessories & Apparel)

📋 Description

• Develop forward-looking concepts across WHOOP bands, accessories, and apparel.
• Explore technologies, materials, manufacturing methods, and wearables to identify breakthrough opportunities.
• Translate member insights and trends into future product platforms shaping strategy.
• Rapidly visualize, prototype, and validate concepts via sketching, CAD, 3D modeling, renderings.
• Collaborate with design, material development, PM, and Engineering to evolve concepts into viable products.
• Communicate future product visions through storytelling, prototypes, and design narratives.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in product design, industrial design, apparel design, wearable tech, or related field.
• Proven ability to develop product concepts from exploration to functional prototypes using sketching, CAD, and visualization.
• Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing, and product construction; translate concepts to commercial products.
• Experience collaborating across Industrial Design, Material Development, and Product Management.
• Exceptional visual communication and storytelling to articulate future product visions.
• Portfolio showing concept-driven design, rapid prototyping, and execution across physical products.
