Senior Lead AEM Developer - Digital Agency

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain high-performance AEM solutions for large-scale digital experiences.
• Build and optimize custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and content structures.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, content strategists, marketing, and tech teams to translate requirements into features.
• Debug and resolve issues across AEM environments (dev, staging, prod).
• Support deployments, environment configurations, and release management in the delivery lifecycle.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance; participate in platform tuning and optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
• Hands-on experience building custom AEM components, workflows, and templates.
• Strong Java with Apache Sling, OSGi, JCR, and HTL/Sightly.
• Frontend tech: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Remote work ability with overlap to Middle East business hours (GMT+3 / GMT+4).
