Senior Lead AEM Developer - Digital Agency

📋 Description

• Develop, customize, and maintain high-performance AEM solutions for large-scale experiences.
• Build, configure, and optimize custom AEM components, templates, and workflows.
• Partner with UX/UI designers, content strategists, marketing, and tech teams to translate requirements.
• Debug, resolve issues across AEM environments (dev, staging, production).
• Support deployments, configs, and release management in the delivery lifecycle.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance; participate in tuning and optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7+ years of enterprise AEM experience.
• Hands-on building custom AEM components, workflows, and templates.
• Strong Java with Sling, OSGi, JCR, HTL/Sightly.
• Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience with remote ME hours.
• Troubleshooting in complex enterprise systems.
