Senior/Lead AI/ML Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and implement production LLM-powered conversational agents
• Build robust agent orchestration systems: state, pause/resume, routing
• Develop tooling via MCP/gateway architectures: schema, auth, idempotency
• Create and maintain evaluation frameworks for LLM performance
• Operate and deploy systems in a production AWS environment
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in an embedded delivery model

🎯 Requirements

• Proven production LLM agents with tool use
• Strong Python expertise
• Hands-on with agent orchestration: state machines, routing
• Tool integration frameworks (MCP or gateway)
• Production AWS: EKS, Lambda, IAM, Bedrock
• Logging & monitoring in production environments
• LLM observability platforms (Arize AX, Langfuse, Phoenix)
