Senior Lead Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead customer discovery sessions to understand loss control, inspection, premium audit, and
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows
• Identify missing use cases, edge cases, dependencies, and unresolved questions early, driving them
• Manage requirements-level scope by tracing requirements from the Statement of Work (SOW) through
• Design and direct platform configuration, working with technical teams to define requirements for
• Plan and support testing activities, including test scenarios and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of business analysis experience, including 3 or more years as a Senior or Lead
• Knowledge of Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance operations, particularly underwriting, loss
• Strong experience gathering and documenting requirements, writing user stories and acceptance
• Experience configuring or directing the configuration of a highly configurable Software as a
• Working knowledge of REST and SOAP web services and their role in integrations and software
• Understanding of relational database concepts and data mapping.
