Senior Lead, Cloud Billing Operations

📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on escalated billing and contract issues to resolve disputes
• Interact with customers and internal teams to resolve billing issues
• Manage and track team work in a case management system
• Leverage internal AI tools and docs to speed dispute resolutions
• Support communications, terminations and bad debt write-offs; reconcile invoices
• Review accounts suspended for nonpayment with Cloud Billing Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in billing operations, FP&A, or related financial ops
• Flexible hours to overlap with North American teams
• Understanding of cloud tech (AWS, Azure, Google) and cloud billing models
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Detail-oriented; independent in a fast-paced distributed environment; case management systems
• Bonus: NetSuite, Salesforce, Stripe; analytics; SQL; AI tools
