Senior Lead Engineer Electronic Warfare and Survivability

📋 Description

• Define sensor interaction and cueing for airborne platforms.
• Develop pre-mission workflows and EW library data prep.
• Lead cross-team efforts to deliver a coherent tactical picture.
• Collaborate on threat scenarios and sensor configurations.
• Mentor sensor and SW teams to meet mission objectives.
• Interface with flight test and platform engineers to ensure alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in EW, sensor systems or mission systems
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics or related field
• Deep understanding of EW principles, RWR, radar, EO/IR sensing
• Proven ability to define multi-sensor fusion and cueing architectures
• Experience with CONOPS and operational requirements for defense systems
• Strong collaboration and leadership in cross-functional teams
