• Design and implement feedback loops to identify improvement opportunities

• Significant experience from similar role(s) in software product organizations (e.g. technical
• In-depth understanding of modern development patterns, practices and tools used in software and
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to understand, take decisions, inspire, drive
• Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use systems thinking, or similar approaches, to break down complex SDLC challenges
