🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as Senior/Lead Recruiter or Executive Search Consultant.
• Strong background in executive search with closing senior/leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success hiring within robotics/AI/automation.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing and robotics ecosystems.
• Expertise in direct sourcing, market mapping, and passive candidates.
• Experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
