📋 Description

• Deploy, configure, and operationalize AI workflows and automations for client ServiceNow
• Translate customer needs into technical architectures and production-ready AI solutions.
• Integrate NewRocket Agent Packs, AI accelerators, and workflows into enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with customer teams to tailor AI solutions to processes, data, and security needs.
• Support workshops, pilots, and production rollouts; communicate capabilities and tradeoffs to

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering, integrations, or enterprise delivery roles.
• Strong full-stack, APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration experience.
• Experience with AI/LLM apps, RAG, agentic workflows, and enterprise data sources.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python; cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with Claude/Anthropic, prompt engineering, structured outputs, and model evaluation.
• Customer-facing, able to travel ~25% and operate in fast-moving client environments.
