8+ years in software engineering, systems integration, or related roles.
Strong full-stack engineering, APIs, microservices, enterprise integrations.
Experience with AI/LLM-powered apps, RAG, agentic workflows.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python; cloud experience (AWS/Azure/Google).
Anthropic/Claude experience a plus; ServiceNow familiarity is beneficial.
Ability to travel ~25% and operate in fast-moving customer environments.
