Senior Lead, Partnerships (Acquisition)

📋 Description

• Drive acquisition campaigns with partners, including monthly millionaire: secure partner funding
• Own referral partnerships for the business banking line end to end: source, sign, and drive the
• Lead commercial negotiations from first outreach to signed terms, landing terms that work for both
• Own the acquisition targets: net-new funded clients and deposits from referral partners, campaign
• Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Brand, PMM, and Business Banking Product to activate every

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, or growth roles in banking
• Negotiation and commercial ownership. A master negotiator with a track record of driving commercial
• A growth and acquisition orientation. You've turned partnerships or campaigns into measurable
• Channel or referral partnership experience. You've built or run a referral or channel pipeline that
• Strong analytical and commercial skills, with real comfort in CAC, LTV, and attribution.
• A strong network in Canada (and ideally the US) across relevant commercial, tech, and community
