🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience researching, designing, and shipping consumer-facing digital
• Demonstrated successful experiences taking ideas from concept through release and learning from
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize critical tasks, accurately estimate scope, and consistently
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis
• Able to facilitate constructive feedback and evolve designs to meet business objectives
• Able to provide design direction and pattern recommendation to other cross-functional teammates
