📋 Description

• Define and execute a multi-year fintech strategy and roadmap across Tax, Treasury, Accounting, S2P
• Prioritize investments using clear business cases, ROI, and risk considerations, balancing quick
• Drive automation, AI-enabled workflows, and self-service capabilities that reduce manual effort and
• Stay ahead of fintech trends, ERP and finance platform best practices, and emerging technologies
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and Engineers, setting clear goals, quality standards
• Establish product management and engineering practices for the Finance domain, including discovery

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in finance systems, fintech, or enterprise application product and
• Deep, hands-on NetSuite expertise, including SuiteScript (1.0, 2.0, 2.1), SuiteFlow
• Demonstrated experience delivering technology solutions across multiple finance domains (e.g., Tax
• Strong working knowledge of finance and accounting processes such as record-to-report
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics 365) and adjacent
• Strong technical foundation in system integration and architecture, including APIs (REST/SOAP)
