📋 Description

• Lead short-, medium-, and long-term resource planning across project teams and business functions
• Build and maintain comprehensive resource supply-and-demand models incorporating workload, project
• Develop scenario-planning frameworks, dashboards, and reporting tools that provide clear visibility
• Identify resource gaps, skill shortages, capacity constraints, and delivery risks, translating
• Partner with leadership teams to align resource plans with project schedules, annual planning
• Facilitate cross-functional planning and governance sessions to validate assumptions, evaluate

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in project controls, resource planning, workforce planning, operational
• Demonstrated experience developing resource models, capacity plans, workload forecasts, planning
• Strong understanding of project delivery environments, governance processes, planning assumptions
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with the ability to create scalable, accurate, and
• Experience preparing executive-level reporting, decision materials, forecasts, and action-oriented
