Senior/Lead Project Manager

📋 Description

• Plan, manage and control scope, budget and timeline of software delivery projects
• Act as the main point of contact for the client on day-to-day delivery and own the client
• Negotiate scope, priorities and change requests with client stakeholders
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies and technical issues early, working closely with tech leads
• Allocate work and manage workload across the team
• Keep a distributed team aligned, motivated and productive

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of project management experience in a software development environment
• At least 3 years in client-facing roles at a service company or agency
• Technically strong: comfortable discussing architecture, integrations, APIs, environments and
• Able to challenge estimates and spot technical risk early
• Strong command of Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery setups
• Proven ownership of scope, timeline and budget on medium to large projects
